JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

Position:      National PPP Analysts (07 Positions)     

Term:           Long Term

The Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) has established the General Department of Public-Private Partnerships (GDPPP) to promote, coordinate and manage projects using the Public-Private Partnerships mechanism that complies with innovative and effective practices and contributes to supporting the sustainability of long-term economic growth by increasing Cambodia’s competitiveness.

The GDPPP of the MEF is intended to recruit qualified individual consultants (contracted staff) for the position of National PPP Analysts in the GDPPP.

The selection procedure will follow the Government’s SOP.

The objective of this vacancy is to enhance the capacity of the GDPPP to coordinate and manage PPP public investment projects in Cambodia, which includes, among others, the review and analysis of pre-feasibility and feasibility studies; analysis on legal, financial, and commercial aspects of the studies to determine suitability for procurement through PPPs; procurement of PPP contracts; monitoring and reporting of PPP projects; and due diligence on PPP proposals submitted by stakeholders.

SALARY: Competitive remuneration based on work experiences and qualifications.
