The Global Financing Facility (GFF) and the World Bank (WB) Cambodia is seeking to hire one consultant.

The consultant will work closely with the GFF/WB Private Sector Engagement (PSE) team to implement the PSE workplan. The consultant will be responsible for efficient and effective coordination and communication between the GFF/WB Cambodian health team, government counterparts, and other stakeholders during implementation of the PSE workplan. 

The agreement will span November 2024 through June 30, 2025.  Depending on the program needs and availability, this contract may be extended after the 2025 expiration date.

The estimated level of effort for the consultant in this TOR is for 75 WORKING DAYS. Depending on the program needs and funding availability, the number of days may be increased.
